What currencies does retropay currently support?
retropay currently only supports transactions in the Nigerian currency, Naira (NGN). However, we are actively working on expanding our currency support to include other countries such as Ghana, Kenya, the Francophone countries, and the United States.
How do I open a retropay account?
To open a retropay account, simply download the app from the Play Store or App Store, sign up with your details, and create a currency account of your choice.
How much does retropay cost
We currently charge a flat fee of ₦25 to send money to Nigerian bank accounts and ₦10 for retropay to retropay transfers.
How long does it take to verify my identity?
Identity verification typically takes less than 2 hours. We do this to keep retropay safe for all our users.
